Usage

 :
  • Prepare the Dough : Make the dough for puris or rotis by mixing flour, water, and salt, and kneading it to a smooth consistency.
  • Set the Machine : Place the press on a flat, stable surface. Ensure the press is clean and properly assembled.
  • Divide the Dough : Take a small portion of dough and roll it into a ball, roughly the size of a small marble.
  • Place Dough in Press : Open the press and place the dough ball in the centre of the lower plate.
  • Press the Dough : Close the press and apply pressure on the handle to flatten the dough into a round, thin disc.
  • Remove the Puri/Roti : Open the press and carefully remove the flattened dough, ready for cooking.
  • Cook : Cook the puri/roti on a hot tawa or frying pan.

Clean the press after use to maintain its performance.
